Qedra Spice is used to season in the Palestinian Dish "Qedra", hence the name. Qedra is a dish that consitutes of Rice, Meat (lamb and Chicken),Chickpease, and the mixture of "Qedra Spice". This spice is a blend of Turmeric, Allspice, cardamom, cloves, Ginger, Black pepper and cinnamon.
